GE Channel Partner Restructures to Improve Customer Service

October 15, 2013

Bedford, Texas ― October 15, 2013 ― Ten months after a merger between Alliance Healthcare and Final Support created Quatris Health, the combined company is optimizing its operations through the adoption of a new, centralized structure. The organizational restructuring will be overseen by Peter Bauerlein, who was recently named chief operating officer. Bauerlein previously served as the company’s president of technical services.

In recent months, changes in Medicare jurisdiction, diagnostic codes and Meaningful Use requirements have led to an increase in phone calls from Quatris’ customers, most of which are medical practices with 10 providers or fewer. The overall goal of the reorganization, said Bauerlein, is “to empower every member of the company to meet our customers’ needs in a timely, experienced and informative way.”

As part of this shift, Quatris’ employees have been given new job titles that better explain their relationship to the customer and include the word “service.” “We are a service organization, so it is only fitting that we should have service at the forefront of our structure,” Bauerlein continued. “Rather than dividing departments according to internal functions, each team is organized by the role it plays for our customers.” The new structure should be in place in early 2014.

Account Executive Wins Partner Rep Award

July 1, 2013

Bedford, Texas ― July 1, 2013 ― Quatris Health was recently chosen as GE Healthcare’s Partner of the Quarter for Spring 2013. Quatris Health is the largest value-added reseller of GE’s Centricity Practice Solution, an integrated electronic medical record (EMR) and practice management software product.

Michelle Roditi, Channel Marketing Manager at GE Healthcare, praised Quatris Health for maintaining its dedication to Centricity users even while managing the transition from two companies, Alliance Healthcare Solutions and Final Support, to one following a merger that took effect January 1 of this year. “Even with the distractions and challenges of integrating Alliance and Final Support, Quatris remained focused on their goals and exceeded our initial call,” said Roditi. Quatris Health account executive Brian McEnaney was also honored with a GE Healthcare Top Centricity Partner Rep award.

Quatris Health CEO Mark Spates expressed his appreciation, saying “We’re delighted to have been recognized in this way by our partners at GE Healthcare. What a great way to close out our first quarter. Quatris looks forward to continuing to provide outstanding service and support for Centricity users in the coming months and years.”

Combined Company Now Largest Reseller of GE Centricity Software

January 15, 2013

Bedford, Texas ― January 15, 2013 ― On January 1, Alliance Healthcare Solutions Inc. and Final Support Inc. merged to form Quatris Health, the largest privately held company authorized to sell and support GE Healthcare’s Centricity Practice Solution. The new company builds on Alliance and Final Support’s combined 25 years of experience implementing, supporting and hosting one of the nation’s leading practice management and electronic medical record software products.

Combining the resources of two established companies enables Quatris Health to expand its offerings and deliver its products and services in a more cost-effective way. “This merger of equals will benefit existing customers of both Alliance and Final Support, and make Quatris a strong competitor in the national health care technology marketplace,” said Mark Spates, Quatris Health’s chief executive officer.

While both Alliance and Final Support offered cloud data hosting services, the new company looks to develop this sideline into an essential part of the business. As of its formation, Quatris Health is responsible for the storage and backup of more than 18 million patient health records.
Over the next few months, the new company will focus on strengthening its relationship with GE Healthcare. “GE Healthcare looks forward to continuing to work closely with Quatris as this combined organization extends its reach to grow the Centricity business,” said Jack Salerno, general manager, commercial channels, GE Healthcare IT, in a statement from General Electric. “As an important member of our Centricity Channel Partner ecosystem, Quatris will support our drive to deliver best-in-class EMR solutions and high customer satisfaction.”

Quatris Health will maintain offices in Bedford, Texas; Rocklin, Calif.; Fort Wayne, Ind.; and Kailua, Hawaii. Further information can be found on the company’s newly launched website, Quatris.com.
